Hey everyone, looking for advice on buying a used Civic in Ontario. Found a 2017 model with low clicks, but underneath it has a crazy amount of surface rust from the road salt. The owner says it was undercoated every year, but I am skeptical. Do you think it is worth buying or should I look for a car brought in from BC or Alberta where they use less salt on winter roads? I do not want the frame rotting out in two years.
